I think from the poll it is clear that the majority want FTB, for those of you that don't sorry but at least give it a shot <3

I will try to get the server up by Friday and i'm pretty sure i'll get it for Thursday but we'll see :P

The other news is that Harri is extremely busy with real life so I will be the only owner for now with help from con, although Harri is an owner he doesn't have time to be be one right now.

Im not going to give any more information on that, if Harri wants to he can.

World Rollback

Hi guys,

Just a quick update, we noticed that the world file had corrupted for an unknown reason, and as a result we had two choices: Delete the world and start again, or roll the server back a few days before the corruption.

No surprise, we chose the second option.

As a result, everything done after 8pm (GMT) on Sunday evening has been lost. This includes built blocks, destroyed blocks and items put in chests.

Because of the anti-griefing plugin that we use (LogBlock), we may be able to restore some of these changes. I cannot, however, guarantee that all, or any of your changes will be returned.

If you would like to try and get some of your changes redone, speak to a member of staff who will be able to try for you.

New Server IP

Hi all,

Our server hosts have been good enough to move us onto a new machine, to hopefully stop the occasional lag we've been experiencing as of late.

As a result, our server IP has also changed. You can now connect to Signia on the following IP:

109.70.149.177:26765

We may be near to coming back up

The hosts have replied with this message:

Hello,

I apologize for the downtime that you are experiencing right now. Our entire UK location is offline at the moment, which was not reported as a scheduled downtime by our hosting provider in the UK. We have contacted them to get this matter resolved as soon as possible, and are currently awaiting to hear back from their network technicians. Due to the high volume of support tickets we are currently receiving in regards to this issue, we have posted regarding this on our Network Issues page at http://clients.fragnet.net/networkissues.php which we will use to update all customers as we work to get this matter handled.

The Network Issues page reads:

Multiple machines are currently offline in our Cheltenham, UK Facility and this issue is being investigated now. We are not yet sure of the cause, however we are working to ensure that the stability of this location is returned to normal as soon as possible.

Update 4:50PM EST: The Datacenter used in Cheltenham, UK has been the target of an extremely large Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) Attack, which has taken their entire network offline. They are working to stop the attack as soon as possible, and making upgrades to their routers to prevent this from happening in the future.
